More news cometh.
On September 22, 2008, I will be competing in the Fresh Meat Showcase at
Second City in Toronto. The top five in the contest will then compete
for the ever so prestigious Tim Sims Encouragement Award. Every year, up
and coming comedians throw down in hopes of being crowned best newcomer.
This is pretty much my shot at it. I'll do my best. You should come

Hey everyone. For
those of you who missed the 2008 CEMA Awards, I've taken the liberty of
posting the aired version on the net. You can take a look at it below.
Originally, I did a
7 minute set for the show, but to my dismay found out that they had
edited it down to 4. So some of my 'edgier' jokes were removed. Also,
they didn't really mic the crowd very well. The laughter is there, but
is a lot louder than what you hear. All in all, not a bad first time
being on TV doing stand up. Enjoy!

New updates on the
CEMA Awards. They will be shown on OMNI 1, Sunday, July 20 at 9 PM and
on OMNI 2, Friday, July 25 at 10 PM. Definitely watch this if you get
it. I thought it went rather well.
Also, to everyone
in Toronto who hasn't seen me yet. Come down to Absolute Comedy the week
of July 10-12. I'll be split middling there all week. Come on down and
see what I'm all about. Also on the show: Jocko Alston and Andrew

I will be a
featured performer at the 30th Canadian Ethnic Media Association (CEMA)
Awards. This will be my first televised performance. If you have the
OMNI television channel, it'll be played in July. More details as it

The "Sex,
Drugs and Comedy" Tour is heading to Kingston, ON. On November 29, 2007
at 8:30 PM, Ryan will be making his first appearance at the Time to
Laugh Comedy Club in close to 2 1/2 years. This is not something to be
missed. Also appearing with Ryan: Kingston's Ryan Dennee, Dave Merheje,
Bryan O'Gorman and Trevor K. Wilson. Tickets are $10. More info as it
comes.

Ryan can now
be heard on XM Radio. For those of you with XM Radio, you can tune in to
Laugh Attack (Channel 153). The set is known under the title "Video Game
Store" and was recorded for Ben Miner's Chomping at the Bit radio show.
This is hopefully the first of many routines to be featured on XM.
